RETURNING S7 DUE TO PEN NIB ISSUE

bought tablet s7 for predominantly taking notes @ work. with in two weeks - light note taking (less than 3 pages a day), tablet stopped responding to it properly. called support - they advised me to open ticket for replacement. don't want to be changing pens every month.... i wanted to like it over ipad air/pro - unfortunately, tablet is going back and ipad is coming in......

S Pen tip broke even before I could use it

i haven't even started using the s pen it already broke when i took it out of the magnet at the back of the tablet. it is too fragile and there are no replacement parts. samsung should provide replacement parts or pens

Need Nibs

after 2 weeks of use my s-pen tip(nib) wore out. very disappointing that the tablet did not come with any spare nibs. i went to order more nibs and you don't sell them. this is completely ridiculous. i bought the s pen for the fold edition and it came with spare nibs. what is going on with the tab s7 plus and spen not coming with any.

Pen Nibs

the pen nibs write great but they wear out quickly! i cannot find these nibs anywhere including samsungparts.com. very disappointed that a $800 dollar tablet would have an easier solution fo repacement nibs.
